I would just like to inform you that you have one highly unprofessional and rude member of staff named Pamela Deliwe working…I would just like to inform you that you have one highly unprofessional and rude member of staff named Pamela Deliwe working for you. I am a genuine customer with a budget of BD900 and when I contacted her regarding a viewing she cut the phone in my face, and consequently cut me off when I tried calling back. She also blatantly ignored my messages prior to that, which should really have been enough for me to know not to pursue her assistance in finding a place. I have now found a place in Juffair but I strongly advise you to better vet your prospective staff before hiring. As an ex agent myself I am truly appalled at how I was treated today as I would never have dreamed of treating a client in such a manner. I am sure you are a wonderful agency to deal with but with staff like this representing the company it may scare off potential clients.
