Getting Started

To change the name on your user account

1. Go to the Account Settings section of your account
2. Click Profile
3. Enter the new name you'd like to use
4. Click Save Changes

Please keep in mind that promotional or offensive usernames aren't allowed and using one may result in the closure of your account.

You can't change this information from a mobile device; you'll need to log in to the full site at www.bizioner.com.

On Website (Bizioner.com)

1. Go to Sign Up
2. Click Sign up with Facebook or enter your first name & last name, a unique username, email address, password, your country and then click Sign Up
3. Once you sign up, we'll send a confirmation message to the email you provided. You'll need to click the confirmation link in the email to verify your email address and login into your account. Be sure to check your spam folder and any other email tabs if you don't see this email in your inbox.
4. Login to your account and click on edit your profile button to change your profile photo or write a status for your profile

On Android Mobile App

1. Tap Sign Up
   
2. Click Sign up with Facebook or enter your email address and go to next step
3. Enter your first & last names, a unique username, country and choose a photo for your profile so your friends can find you.
4. Tap blue button to sign up
5. Once you sign up, we'll send a confirmation message to the email you provided. You'll need to click the confirmation link in the email before your reviews will appear. Be sure to check your spam folder and any other email tabs if you don't see this email in your inbox.

If you don't receive a confirmation message or run into other trouble with your account, please contact us.

You’ll need to sign up with Bizioner by creating a user account in order to write reviews, post photos, or use any of the features beyond searching Yelp.

A user account on Bizioner is for personal, non-commercial use of the website and Bizioner mobile application, and should not be used to promote a business, website, event, etc.

Business owners interested in using Bizioner should create a business account first. However, we do permit business owners to have personal user accounts, but they cannot be used to promote their own business, nor should they be reviewing other businesses they engage with as part of their own.

To change the email address on your user account

2. Tap Edit Profile
3. Change your email and save

You can't change your email address from the website; you'll need to log in to the Bizioner mobile app.
