when the food was delivered, I gave the driver the money he started to shout at me because I gave him 20 BD altough he had change and he was very disrespectful and never apologised for his attitude. so I made a phone call to La pasta to complain but did not receive proper apologies instead they were making excuses for the driver. I requested for the manager and was not available and they will call me back. However, did not receive any call. So i called them back and the manager answered the phone and asked about the situation, and i asked from them to let the driver come and apologise to me and the manager told me will call me back but instead i received a call from the driver as he did not want to come and apologise in person. i had the same situation with jasmi's and it was dealt better than la pasta as the manger apologised and never made exucese for the driver and told me will send the driver to apologise to me without me having to aske for it. i was never satisfied with the way they dealt with the whole situation and i do blame the manager because did not deal with it properly.
