This place is for true coffee lovers as they blend and roast their own beans. I am very impressed with the quality of beans they produce. This red velvet cake is SUPERB!!!! And it passes the stick to the back of the fork test like a champ! The molten cake was fine but what I liked about it, it's sugar free. What is also impressive is that their staff are very knowledgeable about coffee, which is hard to find in other coffee shops.
