My Verdict :
I heard about PappaRoti last year and wondered, “What makes these buns different from typical bakery buns?” They’re like a cafe but open late for your bun cravings and I found out that here you can meet "The Father of All Buns".
They give you a knife and fork, so I knife ‘n forked it (at first). Very light and fluffy texture, with a cream cheese topping. The cream cheese in the topping is gentle, mild but there, Saltiness is restrained. None of the heaviness, oiliness or greasiness of typical buns. In the very centre, I got a hit of savouriness, which I learned later was their “rich, buttery filling“. The karrak was a good choice that really gone well with the bun. For the Juice I give it thumbs in the middle.
