I would just like to inform you that you have one highly unprofessional and rude member of staff named Pamela Deliwe working for you. I am a genuine customer with a budget of BD900 and when I contacted her regarding a viewing she cut the phone in my face, and consequently cut me off when I tried calling back. She also blatantly ignored my messages prior to that, which should really have been enough for me to know not to pursue her assistance in finding a place.
I have now found a place in Juffair but I strongly advise you to better vet your prospective staff before hiring. As an ex agent myself I am truly appalled at how I was treated today as I would never have dreamed of treating a client in such a manner.
I am sure you are a wonderful agency to deal with but with staff like this representing the company it may scare off potential clients.
